Please advise what is the maximum size you can accept. Do you have special requirements for the tags’ thickness? Whether you need to use tags on very hot or very color-using environments? ( operating temperature normally NFC PCB/FPC tags: -40℃~150℃ (2 hours under extreme temperature, if using under -60℃ or 250℃, which needs to be customized) Do you need to use tags on metal? Any special packing requirements? ( Packed in sheets? Packing in pcs by pcs? packed in a roll? )Do you need to wash tags? ( normally NFC FPC can be washed around 20 times. 50 times or more, which needs to be customized) About stickers and anti-metal materials, which side you would prefer to stick? If you have the design of NFC tags, could you advise design works in dxf, pdf, ai, or the other types? Do you have special chip-type requirements? ( Most of the customers would use NXP NTAG213./215/216, ST25TN01K, ST25TV02K, ICODE SLIX, if the others, pls advise.)Do you have special requirements for the read distance? Yes, we also can help to customize. NFC’s smallest size can be round or rectangle 5mm tags. The largest size of NFC can be made in circle and rectangle 220mm.
When customers get empty tags, please kindly download application from “Google Play” and get “ NFC Tools” or “ NXP Tagwriter”. And you can choose new dataset and start to program NFC tags. If you can’t download the tags, please contact us to get APK for android phone. Normally we would meet 2 protocols tags, ISO14443A and ISO15693. ISO15693 protocol can be with longer read distance no matter read by fixed reader or read by smart phone. But some older phone model just can support to read NDEF type tags, so formatting tags would be very important.
All of RFID and NFC products are made of NFC wafer, NFC antennas and substrates. Substrates can be PET, paper stickers, PCB, FPC,ABS , silicone, fabric, coils and the others. By the way, all of RFID NFC substrates can’t be any metal materials. If it must be applied on metal, tags need to be anti-metal materials or enlarging its thickness or increasing antennas. Because all of RFID NFC antennas mostly are made by coppers, silver or aluminum. To a certain extent, metal materials would elevate original standard frequency, as frequency going high, read distance would be off optimal point, so if using NFC tags on metal, read distance would be around 1/2 or 1/3 to original normal NFC tags in standard condition. If no needing to use on metal, it is recommended to use normal NFC tags, whose read distance would be better and also save costs.
